Your massage may use one or a combination of the following modalities:
Swedish Massage- This is a relaxing massage that uses long, gliding strokes. The primary goal of this massage is to relax the entire body.
Deep Tissue Massage- This massage is similar to a Swedish massage but uses firm pressure and slow strokes focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. The goal of this massage is in releasing chronic muscle tension.
Prenatal Massage- This massage relaxes tight muscles and releases many of the discomforts experienced during pregnancy.
Geriatric Massage - This massage is designed for the elderly client to improve circulation, relieve pain and increase range of motion.
Vibrational Sound Therapy- This therapy uses therapeutic Himalayan singing bowls on and/or near the body. The bowls are gently struck to produce a gentle, soothing sound and vibration. This therapy is done fully clothed or can be added to any massage. The purpose of this therapy is deep relaxation, stress and anxiety relief.

Group Sound Therapy Sessions - These sound therapy sessions are done in a (small) group setting while you lay comfortably on a yoga mat or sit in a chair. Bring a pillow and blanket or anything else you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Hear and feel the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes & drums wash over you to produce total relaxation.

Aromatherapy- Essential oil or oils are incorporated into the massage to help balance, harmonize and promote the health of the body, mind and spirit.

Hot Stone Massage - This is a specialty massage that uses heated river rock to massage the muscles. The stones are also placed on key points of the body. The goal of this massage is deep relaxation and warming of the muscles.

Cupping Therapy- This therapy employs negative pressure rather than tissue compression to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Chair Massage- a seated massage done fully clothed in a special massage chair that focuses on your back, neck, shoulders and arms.
